Wil Carpenter LMT

Wil Carpenter graduated locally in 1999 from Albany Therapeutic Massage School. He has completed cooperative training systems in the art of heliotherapy and hydrotherapy and has since taken an integrated approach in massage techniques. He specializes in advance trigger point, medical massage, orthopedic assessment and Swe-Thai. Wil has recently been helping hospice and cancer patients with massage. He has spent the last 18 years working to build a true medical massage practice alongside some of the most advanced therapist.

Tim Adams LMT 

Tim graduated  from Southern Regional Technical College with a certification in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy (NMT) in 2017. With an interest in physical therapy, athletics, and overall wellness, Tim chose massage to help others gain a better sense of strength, weakness, and well being. He has always been involved in sports and uses his knowledge of how the body moves to help clients understand how important movement is to maintain and improve personal conditions to promote long lasting solutions over short term "fixes".

Laura Smith LMT

Laura attended Southern Regional Technical College and graduated as a LMT and certified Neuromuscular massage therapist. Her goal is to improve the well-being of her clients by executing a personal treatment plan, and assisting the client in body awareness in order to maximize the effects of the massage. Her treatments include techniques from relaxation, deep tissue, NMT, and therapeutic massage. Laura has also studied advanced Neuromuscular massage techniques.

Brittany Tanner LMT

Sharon Siebert LMT

Sharon graduated from Potomac Massage Training Institute in Washington, DC in 2006. She had a full time massage therapy practice in Wilmington, NC before moving with her family to Albany in the summer of 2022. Specializing in John Barnes myofascial release, deep tissue, and craniosacral therapy. She assesses and treats restrictions throughout the body to optimize alignment, range, quality of movement, flexibility, and strength. Sharon has worked extensively with runners, triathletes, and postpartum clients. She sees each client as a unique individual and loves to educate about self treatment techniques to help empower clients to continue their healing at home. 

Sue Lanier Freeman PT

Sue is a 1988 graduate of Medical College of Georgia. She has been a PT x 29 years, with emphasis on orthopedics. Sue is an Albany native who has practiced 25 of her 29 years in Albany. She specializes in manual therapy of the spine and extremities, sports medicine, and orthotics fitting. She is a big advocate of customized home/gym exercise programs and patient education including body mechanics and proper ergonomics in work, exercise, and daily activities.
